Kanya from Thailand , and Zvi Michael, an Israeli , met in Thailand 7 years ago when Zvi was living there at the time. They became a couple and lived in Thailand, and later married there and had their daughter .
When the family decided to move their residence to Israel, they received the required permits from the Israeli embassy in Bangkok.
Upon their arrival in Israel, the Population and Immigration Authority required them to reapply and left the woman on a tourist visa for many months. The family, tired of bureaucracy, turned to us for further treatment with the Population and Immigration Authority here, and recently, under the dedicated care of Adv. Chen Weiss, the woman received a temporary residence and work permit of type B/1 until receiving an ID card later as part of the procedure for settle her status.
