Congratulations to Israeli citizen Dror and Lilibeth from the Philippines, who at the beginning of their journey together were mishandled by the Ministry of the Interior, but now, after we petitioned the court and won on their behalf, we were able to change the Ministry of the Interior’s attitude towards them and finally, Lilibeth’s status has been upgraded to Israeli resident and she received an identity card.
