Meet David Balas and Odontoya Rantsen, who approached us in 2019 as a couple deeply in love but disheartened by their encounters with the Israeli justice system.
David, an Israeli, and Odontoya, hailing from Mongolia, had fallen for each other but their relationship hit a snag when their marriage application was rejected due to allegations of forged Mongolian documents.
Upon receiving their case, Adv. Nissim Versano successfully navigated the legal obstacles stemming from the initial process failure. In a few months’ time, Nissim ensured Odontoya was granted a work visa.
His tireless efforts continued with handling the annual visa extensions, and recently, following a determined legal battle, he managed to secure Odontoya’s status to that of a temporary identity card holder
