Giora is an Israeli citizen who had a relationship with Jangmu, a caregiver from Nepal, while she was working in Israel. Jangmu’s previous employer applied for her caregiving visa but was refused by the Ministry of the Interior and Jangmu had to leave the country. After several court proceedings, the court ruled that Jangmu would not be able to apply for a friendship visa before leaving the country.

At that point, the couple came to us for representation. After studying and analyzing the case, we recommended to the couple that they submit a partnership request, but at the same time Jangmu will leave the country as we urgently deal with her transfer here. By correctly and accurately managing the case, and to the joy of the couple, we were able in a short time to bring back Jangmo to Israel despite the previous refusals, reunite her with her partner, and arrange a fiancee visa for her.
