I turned to the Knesset’s archives, read protocols, and found that those leading the judicial reform are misleading the public about the most basic thing: the Knesset granted the High Court knowingly and by a large majority with authority to annul laws and even stated that it is important and appreciated that the High Court supervises the Knesset and prioritize human rights.
