Whoever said love does not conquer all – must not have known the story of our wonderful clients, Shai Asher Aloush and Benedick Bulayo – who managed to overcome all the obstacles (and there were many!) on their way to spending the rest of their lives together in the Holy Land.

Shai, an Israeli, self-employed in the air conditioning repair field, and Benedick, a Filipino who worked as a caregiver, met by chance when Shai came to the house where Benedick worked at to install an air conditioner.

Their eyes met, and from then on began a love story. The amazing couple came to our office to receive official recognition as a common-law couple, and adv. Chen Weiss, who handled the case with immense dedication, shortly managed to obtain recognition of their relationship by approving a graduated procedure, issuing a one-year work visa and an entry visa, which allowed the couple to fly to the Philippines to attend a family wedding and visit Benedick’s family.
