Adv. Tomer Warsha

48, completed his internship at the Tel Aviv District Court for then Vice President, Judge Sarah Sirota (Decd.), founded the firm in 2002 and specializes in Public Law, Administrative and Constitutional Law and Human Rights. Tomer is also an expert on Immigration Law, Regularization of Status and Refugees in Israel. He is responsible for numerous prominent precedents as well as legal breakthroughs that received significant public attention. Adv. Warsha has an LL.B and also a B.A in Film and Television as well as an M.A in Public Policy – all from Tel-Aviv University. Adv. Warsha serves as the chairperson of the Foreign Workers committee in the Israeli Bar Association and gives various training courses,lectures and professional seminars, including a seminar hosted by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), in his areas of expertise. Finally, Tomer is a frequent guest and writer who is often asked to appear and comment on the issues he deals with on a daily basis in the media.
